PhotoCool by Ussun, is an application to manage, edit and classify photos. With its help, you will be able to find photos, and create layouts of your digital images to keep them organized in albums and edit your pictures with tools that include: rotate, flip, change color and light levels, crop, blur, sharpen, alpha and colorize.
It supports image files of the following formats: BMP, GIF, JPEG, PCX, PNG, TGA, TIFF, WMF, EMF, ICO.
PhotoCool presents a complete and well developed graphic interface with support for multiple tools that include a basic photo editor, captions and frames for the pictures, page layouts to create an album, and more.
